Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Some couriers may deliver without a signature and may leave the parcel in a location they deem safe. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery & Return Fees
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, no recipient available to receive/sign, or failure to pick up within the specified time, a logistics fee of 10% of the item amount may be charged to cover return shipping and handling.
Delivery Delays or Lost Packages (Excluding Force Majeure)
During transit, if delays or loss occur due to carrier issues (excluding force majeure), we will provide the following assistance:

Real-time tracking: We stay in sync with the carrier and will keep you updated on the package status.

Resend or replace: If a delay or loss is confirmed, please contact us. We will arrange a reshipment using a faster shipping method where possible.
Note: Returns caused by customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, no one available to sign) are not eligible for reshipment under this policy, and applicable fees will be borne by the customer.

7. Taxes & Duties
Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes once it reaches your destination country. These charges are legally the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
For some destinations (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, and others where duties/taxes can exceed 10%), any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees must be paid by the buyer.
